The fully equipped kitchen provides all necessary appliances for meal preparation, while the modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower and washing machine. Mimosa Urban Habitation is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just 1 km from the heart of Chania. The rate is €0.35 per kWh, payable in cash to the owner at the time of billing. Upon arrival, a deposit of €100 is required to cover electricity costs.
