The house is furnished and ready to move in, in excellent condition. The house offers radiator heating. The utilities (electricity, water/sewer, and petrol) will be paid by the tenant at the aforementioned reasonable amount about 200 euros per month. The kitchen is equipped with new refrigerator, electric stove/oven, exhaust fan, dishwasher, espresso machine, juicer, toaster, with plenty of space with two eat-in tables. Our home is near restaurants, supermarkets, luxury hotels, beaches and mother nature. On tranquil days Kamisiana beach, a 500 meter 10 minute walk, is ideal, and beaches west to Kolimbari. On windy days the protected cove offers a beach and peace from the waves with cafes and tavernas walking distance. This town is a hub offering ATMs and grocery shopping at the intersection 500 meters from the sea. From here with an automobile you can connect to the Northern Crete highway for faster commutes east and west.
