The beautiful stone house is located in the heart of the village of Rachoni on the island of Thassos. This traditional Greek stone house consists of two floors, a ground floor and a first floor. On the first floor there are two rooms, while the ground floor offers a large open space. At the back of the house there is an additional toilet. The view is breathtaking and the neighborhood is wonderful (very friendly people). The roof is in good condition, but if you wish to completely renovate it, the cost is estimated at around 6–8 thousand euros. Directly opposite the house you will find the village market. Skala Rachoni (beach) is about 3 km away. The last photos are only for visualization purposes, showing how we had planned to renovate it.
