The accommodation is a semi-basement apartment. It consists of two rooms, a small kitchen with access to a terrace, a bathroom, and a small corridor with a seating area. The apartment is furnished and has two rooms, each with one bed, but it can be rearranged or adapted according to the tenant’s wishes, in agreement with the landlord. Internet access is available, and the heating is electric. The apartment is located just a few minutes’ walk from Attiki metro station.
