The residence is located in the former Community St. Constantine, within the limits of the National Forest Lavrio. Is lawful from the outset and built on land within the settlement area of 430 m2. The rates of building regulations in force for the area is 0.8 building and 0.6 coverage. Both rates have not been met and therefore there is considerable scope to extend the residence.
