It is a traditional stone-built building located in the Settlement opposite the hill-castle of Stoupa at a distance of 400 meters from the beach and Stoupa center. It consists of two main rooms on each floor, with a kitchen, a living room and a full bathroom, with its own entrance and parking. There is also the possibility that two separate apartment become one with an internal staircase. Each apartment can accommodate 4 persons plus 1 in sofa bed. All rooms are air-conditioned, as there is full mobile and stable equipment. Built 2003. Stoupa is a perfect place for sun and leisure but also a good base point for day trips to ancient ruins such as Mystras, Ancient Messene, Diros Caves but also for the all around naturalist environment and historical places such as Viros canyon, sea side walk of Stoupa- Agios Nikolaos, old stoned mountain paths for hiking, katafigi beach, traditional stoned village Milia, Eleochori, Kardamili ,the old kardamili with stoned fortress and Byzantium churches, and a little more far, Vathia village and Diros caves . The villa owned by the architect Aggeliki Kelepouri and her family. In stoupa there are two supermarkets for shopping and the nearest town is Kalamata 45km.
