The estate in Paradisos Kavalas is located on two joined plots of 637 sq.m. in total, within which two properties are located. It borders the public road that passes through the village and is opposite the springs of Paradise waters. It is a two-story building with two independent houses of 75 sq.m. each floor (separate electricity meters) and with a four-meter high pillar below the ground floor level, where we go down to a garden. Here there is the possibility to create another apartment of 75 square meters with small scale permission. Because there are water sources in Paradise, there are no water meters in the residences, so there is no water bill. The ground floor was submitted to the "ECONOMIC" program (subsidy program for energy upgrading in Greece) and covered with 10cm extruded polystyrene insulation, plastic frames with glass curtains of special insulating gas.
