In Peraia the suburbs of Thessaloniki, we created Fereou Residence, a residential complex that stands out for its quiet and clean environment and is only 800m from the sea. The area harmoniously combines urban and tourist infrastructure with the possibility of living all year round. This project is about a building complex that includes four apartment buildings (of approximately 2,000 sq.m. in total) and an underground parking area (of 54 parking slots). The complex was designed on a plot of land of 3600 sq.m. on Riga Feraiou Street in Peraia at a distance of 800m from the sea. Prices for apartments in a residential complex start from €160,000 On the ground floor apartments, have a courtyard facing the interior of the plot, a large outdoor living and dining area, while inside they have an open-space kitchen and dining area, a large living area, a restroom, storage areas and a laundry room; a staircase leading to the loft, where there is one or two bedrooms, a bathroom, a walk-in-closet and finally, a balcony with an outdoor seating area.
