Skalochori is a beautiful traditional village located in the northwestern part of the island of Lesvos and is eighteen kilometers from Molyvos and about five kilometers from the crystal-clear sea of Kalo Limani. In this village and in an easily accessible spot in the center of the village, a two-storey traditional stone house with a courtyard is for sale. The front door leads to the courtyard, where there are trees that offer shade and their fruits: olive, quince, fig and a small plane tree. The external high stone wall offers privacy. From the courtyard there is access with separate entrances to the kitchen, the bathroom and the stone house. The main house is also connected to the kitchen and bathroom by internal doors. Next to the bathroom there is a fairly large storage room. On the ground floor of the house there are two large rooms for any unsuspected use, hall, wc and a wooden staircase that leads to the first floor of the house. A small hall and two very large bedrooms are on the first floor and from the stone windows there is a view to the mountain, the sea and the village. An external metal staircase leads to the large terrace, located above the kitchen and bathroom. The house is an excellent choice for staying in it not only in the summer, but also in all months of the year.
