2023 Syros, Kokkina: newly built unfinished detached house of 300 sq.m. in 4130 sq.m. plot. The detached house consists of 2 buildings, one 158sqm and the second 138sqm. The first and largest also has an underground space compared to the second while both have their own cistern. Conventional construction would be limited to 200 square meters. Due to the use of stone, however, there was the right to increase the constructed square footage and therefore the square footage of the two buildings is 300.
