You are renting a two-room apartment of 27 sqm in a complex of furnished apartments in Ferma Ierapetra, Crete, for two people. The apartment is on the ground floor overlooking the garden. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, so you can prepare small meals (fridge, cooking rings, small oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and kitchen utensils). The apartment is heated with an air conditioner. The amenities of the apartment include, FREE, parking, Wi-Fi 40Mbps, water, hot water, satellite channels, blankets. Once a week we provide you with clean bed linen and twice a week clean kitchen, body and face towels. Also, once a week, you can use the 10 kg washing machine for FREE. Additional use of washing machine €5/use. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: • Electricity supply €0.5/kWh (there is an electricity meter, and you have access to it). • Upon departure, pay €50 for cleaning.
