Country house in Davlia, Boeotia, a small picturesque village northwest of Livadeia, at the foot of Mount Parnassus (elevation approximately 350m). The house is of exceptional construction; the building permit was issued in 1974, and construction was completed in 1980-81. It has no structural issues, but the interior requires renovation. It has electricity, it is connected to the village's water system, has also a telephone line. The plot is fenced. It has two bedrooms, each with large built-in wardrobes, beds, and a piece of furniture/bookshelf. Built-in cupboards are also present in the small hallway in front of the bathroom. The kitchen has wooden cupboards, a table, and chairs of excellent quality. The living room furniture includes two sofas/diwan beds, three armchairs, and a coffee table, while the dining area features a round table and chairs. All the furniture and light fixtures are rustic, of the so-called "Skyros" style. There is a veranda with an unobstructed view of Mount Parnassus, and in the garden, there are about 20 trees: 9 olive trees, 10 almond trees, and 1 fig tree. The village is picturesque and peaceful, with a large square, cafes, and perennial springs. It is easily accessible by car from the Athens-Lamia national road in less than 2 hours. The cosmopolitan town of Arachova is just 23 km away (30 minutes by car) via the Livadeia-Amfissa road.
