This house of character is located at the historical part of Sitia town within walking distance from old harbor and shops. Facing three streets, with sea view from the terrace. The plot measures 90m2 and the main building 94m2 plus 11m2 the old bathroom. Entering the iron front gate we found two terraces in different levels, those lead to upstairs with two main rooms and to the lower level with two more. The big room upstairs measuring aprox 35m2 and just next to this another more bedroom size. The two lower, the one is low ceilling 2m height and next to it another bedroom size with normal height.
