The Key Property office was founded by the Civil Engineer Zacharias Mintzias in November 2017 with the aim of expanding the activities of his technical office in the area of real estate consulting and brokerage. The axes of activity and focus of KeyProperty are: a) The specialization and provision of services for real estate in the area of the Prefecture of Kastoria b) Commercial real estate, across the spectrum of the category of such as, residential plots, office development plots shopping centers, lands, logistics, industrial properties, office buildings, shops, hotels, parking, businesses, income properties. Vision – Philosophy – Goals Absolute satisfaction of every prospective buyer/seller who approaches us either to buy or sell their property, providing complete information & support throughout our cooperation. Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market throughout the Prefecture of Kastoria, with all its available properties (newly built apartments, old apartments, detached houses, plots of land, shops, offices, parking, income properties) and with a correct assessment of the properties based on comparative data of sold properties and not just asking prices. Upgrading the role of the real estate consultant, with real knowledge of his subject either theoretical (seminars, postgraduates), or practical (area cultivation, focus and penetration of the local market).
