Land Plot for Sale

A dream plot of 13,508 sqm on a unobstructable hillside with 200 olive trees for sale. The town of Sarti, with its beautiful sandy beach, is approximately 900 meters away as the crow flies. Unique views of Sarti Bay and the Agion Oros peninsula, the "monks' republic" with the imposing Mount Athos. In 2007 and 2012, the access road was constructed with a viewing platform measuring approximately 30x20 meters. According to the official forest map of the Poygyros Forestry Authority (as of 2022, see below), the buildable area is 5,500 square meters. To construct a building, the platform would have to be expanded at the rear to accommodate construction (see graphic).
