The hotel is build upon 8,5 acres of land. It’s located in Melissi which is a holiday area between Xylokastro and Kiato. The area is reachable by train with the nearest station being a 10 minute ride. The hotel has its own beach and one of the most well renowned beach bars in the Corinthian Gulf. The Beach Bar work during the day for tourists to enjoy their swim and at night for a cocktail. The main hotel building is on 6.5 acres of land with the main building being 3.800 m 2 with a basement 850 m2, ground floor700 and 3 floors x700 m2=2100m2 +400m2 balconys, and 4rth floor 150 m2+ 550 open roof pergola. The hotel has been fully renovated in 2016-7. The hotel will also be upgraded from 2 stars to 4 in due course. The hotels backyard which is spread across 4.5 acres you can find a individual building of 400m 2 which is organized as a club and an event area with grass on 2.5 acres of land. There you can also find the hotel swimming pools which is 200m where as the swimming pool area is 700 m2. This will also allow for our little friends to play and have fun while on holidays. The hotels basement compromises of 5 economy rooms which are quadruple and have natural light. The hotels kitchen storages spaces,plus freezing chambers and chambers maintenance and washing area are also located here. The ground floor area is 700 m2 includes a reception, lobby area, bar and restaurant as well as a small helping kitchen, + 550 m2 open spaces cover with pergolas. The hotel has 80 rooms which are spread across 3 floors. The rooms are divided into 44 sea view and 36 garden/mountain and swimming pool view. All rooms are of standard dimensions of 18m 2. All rooms inside are equipped at the highest standard. The room types include family rooms (2 adults, 2 children), triple rooms and deluxe sea view which have a double bed and seating area. There are also 2 suites on the 4 th floor. There are also 6 connected rooms and 3 rooms which are suitable with for people with special needs. The total capacity there is from 240 to max 300 beds in family rooms. Visitors of the hotel can easily access historic places like Old Corinth as well as Kalavryta, Corinth Canal and Epidavros and the Ancient Mycenaean civilization. With a few time drive you can be in Ancient Olympia (the site of the Olympic Games during Classical Times), Nafplio is 60 km and Loutraki 35 km.Also a very important and famous destination which you can be in 20 minutes from sea to mountain is Trikala Korinthias , they have slopes zirias ,are very famous and the view takes your bearth away!!!!All winter this destination is very famous from Athens people ,it’s a v.i.p. destination for ski also !! It’s increadible that in 20 minutes somebody can be from sea in a magical view of mountains and river Pheneos and lake Stimfalias!!
