The building is seven floors, located on a corner plot in a quiet neighborhood of the Municipality of Athens, near the border with Nea Smyrni and its large park. The entire construction is of high specifications and belongs to buildings with a high energy class (A). Special attention has been given to thermal insulation and the selection of window frames in order to ensure significant energy savings. The external aluminum frames are from the EXALCO company, with thermal break, roller shutters, insulated roller boxes, and double energy-efficient PLANISTAR EVO 6mm-15 Argon-5mm glass. The large parallel balcony doors have a special Lift & Slide mechanism, which seals and locks the frames, offering extra sealing and security. Additionally, the air conditioning system (cooling-heating) is provided by independent heat pumps from the LG company with wall-mounted fan coils from the DAIKIN company (to save space). The floor tiles are made of granite porcelain, non-slip R11, group 5, highly resistant. The bathroom and WC coverings are white granite tiles in dimensions of 60/120. The sanitary ware and faucets are from recognized brands and companies such as IDEAL STANDARD and FRANKE. All apartments have a solar water heater on the roof terrace of the building and a hot water recycling system (for energy and water savings). In addition, all maisonettes have alarm systems and video intercoms. Finally, each maisonette has an internal staircase with a metal frame and polished solid oak steps. Access to the upper floor of each maisonette is possible through both the internal staircase and the main staircase of the building. The elevator serves all floors as well as the underground storage rooms. (There is an elevator stop in the basement). A provision for charging electric cars has been installed at the entrance for each parking space. The apartments will be delivered with connections to the electricity distribution company (DEDDIE) and the water supply company (EYDAP).
