A basement apartment near Thessaloniki is available for long-term rental. The apartment is located in Angelochori, approximately 300 meters from the water. Nea Michaniona and Perea are a good 5-minute drive away. There you will find many tavernas, supermarkets (Lidl, large Greek supermarkets), a pharmacy, and doctors, some of whom speak German. Perea offers a wide range of amenities. Angelochori is a typical small Greek village and is ideally suited for a vacation rental. The village also has good bus connections, including to Thessaloniki. The village has a surf school and is a popular surfing spot for local surfers. Ample parking is available. The approximately 40 square meters are divided into a living and dining room, a bathroom, and a bedroom with an adjoining kitchen. The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, and washer-dryer) and the furniture and curtains shown in the pictures. Changes can be made upon request. Decorations can be made according to your wishes. Two windows provide ample natural light and good ventilation. Air conditioning provides cooling and sufficient warmth during the winter months. The building has six apartments on the ground floor and four apartments in the basement. Each apartment has its own entrance. The entire building was renovated in 2023. All wiring, pipes, windows, etc., were replaced. The thermal insulation ensures that the building has achieved energy efficiency class B. The approximately 30 sq m roof terrace with sea view can be used by prior arrangement and when we are not present (due to its sunny orientation). It is not a standard feature of any rental agreement. The base rent is €350 per month plus a flat rate of €50 for utilities (water and electricity based on normal consumption). The minimum rental period is 12 months.
