The guesthouse is located in the village of Platania, Pelion, 200 meters from the beach. It can be used as a business as well as a holiday home. It consists of two studios on the ground floor and a two-room apartment on the first floor. Each of the three apparments have a prívate bathroom and a prívate kitchen. There is also a storage room on the ground floor, as well as an external room with the boiler room. The studios were renovated in 2024. In addition to the radiators (oil heating) , all apartments have air conditioning units , one in each studio and two in the two-room apartment. The two-room apartment also has a fireplace.
