This is a listed building comprising two independent residences of 105 m² and 90 m² respectively, located on a quiet side street in Kolonos, just a 6-minute walk from the Red Line Metro station, with a supermarket within 50 meters. It is also a 15-minute walk from the new art museum at the Kapnergostasio complex and 12 minutes from Plato’s Academy Park, where the new Archaeological Museum is planned. The elevated ground-floor residence consists of two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an open-plan living–dining–kitchen area, and a 15 m² internal courtyard.
