Land Plot for Sale

Two plots of land are for sale within the settlement, measuring 451.51 sq.m. and 164.08 sq.m., in the area of Marathokephala in the Municipality of Platanias. They offer a wonderful sea view and are located just 3 km from the beach of Kolymbari. The two plots are separated by a municipal road. The first plot has a building allowance of 240 sq.m., and the second 164 sq.m. They are suitable for residential or investment use. The settlement of Marathokephala is located in the northwestern part of the island, at the beginning of the Rodopou (or Spatha) Peninsula, at an elevation of 112 meters. It is approximately 27 km west of Chania, 12 km west of Gerani (the seat of the municipality), and 15 km east-northeast of Kissamos, while the N.R.O.K. (Northern Road Axis of Crete) runs to the north. The village is known for the Cave of Saint John the Hermit, which is located to the south, toward Spilia.
