This is a cozy and bright apartment located in a quiet area south of Pangrati, at the borders of Gouva – Pangrati – Ymittos. It offers easy access to several supermarkets (5–10 minutes on foot), the Agios Ioannis metro station (approximately 12 minutes), bus lines, as well as squares and parks. Parking in the area is relatively difficult. Note: I am looking for someone to take over my current lease until the end of June, with a monthly rent of €475. From July 1st, 2026, the landlord has indicated that the rent will increase to €500. The apartment is unfurnished. However, I am open to discussing the possibility of selling some of my furniture if there is interest.
