Andros island is 2 hours away by ferry from Rafina. Disembarking from the ferry we take the road to the island's capital, Chora, after about 30km we will meet a sign on our right Ormos Korthiou we follow the road on the right which after about 15km will take us to the sea where the village is. In the center of the village is the church of Agios Nikolaos and on the left side as we look at the church on the corner of the road is the property. Which is three-storey, on the ground floor there is a shop which is currently rented and operates as a hairdresser, on the side facing the church there is a warehouse and next to it the staircase to the house starts. On the first floor is the main entrance where upon entering to our right is the bathroom, in front of us is a small reception area and opposite to the right is the fully equipped kitchen with a door that leads to a balcony that overlooks the square and the houses, to the left of the entrance is a double bedroom with a wardrobe and bedside tables, the bedroom has a window that overlooks the staircase and the church. At the entrance to the bedroom begins the internal staircase that leads us to the upper floor, as soon as we go up to the left there is a space with a single bed and a window that overlooks the terrace and at the end of the stairs a small living room with the entrance to the second double bedroom with a wardrobe and a window. From the small living room is the door that leads us to a terrace with a spectacular view of the village all the way to the sea. Next to the property is the market with many shops, cafes, 2 pharmacies, a Health Center, and below is the coastal road that leads us to four beaches for swimming.
