The house is available for seasonal rental (March 500 euros, April 500 euros, May 550 euros, June €600, July €700, August €800, September €700, and until the end of October €600) and for long-term rental at €500 per month. Subletting the property through various Greek and/or foreign platforms is expressly prohibited, with all the consequences of the law, and respect for the furniture and every object in the house is required.
