Το κτίριο έχει χαρακτηριστεί διατηρητέο μνημείο.   Η κάλυψη υπερβαίνει την μέγιστη επιτρεπόμενη διότι χτίστηκε πριν το 1930 που δεν υπήρχαν οι συγκεκριμένοι όροι δόμησης και κάλυψης.
