The house is the ground floor of a rural two flors building with thick stone walls. The sea is just 30 meters away, with no road in between. It is located in a small seaside village of the Argolic Gulf, Iria, which is known for its delicious local products such as artichokes, oranges, mandarins, etc. It offers tranquility and is ideal for winter stays due to the mild climate and the area’s abundant sunshine. The house is on one level, on the ground floor. It features one large bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom, and it is decorated with original paintings. It has two verandas in the garden—one at the entrance of the house and one on the other side with a sea view—and includes a large wooden dining table. The house is suitable for those who love nature, the sea, fishing, animals, and a simple lifestyle without unnecessary luxuries. It is located on the coastal road of Iria. There is free use of the garden (approximately 2,500 sq.m.) and the beach in front of the house. Heating is provided by air conditioning and fire place. Pets are allowed
