Land Plot for Sale

I am looking to buy a plot of land in Pigadi. 600+m2, must build 80+m2 single storey family house for permanent residence (not for business). Alternatively, it could be a 4000+m2 buildable aγροτεμάχιο. Must be in the village (not in the middle of the fields). Must be maximum 400m from the sea. Preferably flat.
