The original parcel under #**/****** p. 90 of distribution 1956 located at the "koumaria" location with an area of Eol=5625.00 sq.m., the section under #**/****** p. 1 with an area of 5315.00 sq.m., according to the data of the partially ratified forest map of the PC/DC of Leptokaria, Municipality of Dion Olympus, Regional Unit of Pieria, falls within the format/coverage of a ratified forest map, ratified by decision 14737/21-12-2017 of the coordinator of the decentralized administration of Macedonia Thrace (Government Gazette 20/D/2018) AA, i.e. it is NON-FOREST CHARACTER. The section under #**/****** p. 2 with an area of 315.00 sq.m., according to the data of the partially ratified forest map of the PC/DC of Leptokaria, Municipality of Dion Olympus, Regional Unit of Pieria, falls within the form/coverage of the ratified forest map, ratified by decision 14737/21-12-2017 of the coordinator of the decentralized administration of Macedonia Thrace (Government Gazette 20/D/2018), i.e. it is FOREST AND FOREST AREAS IN THE A/F OF OLDER RECORD OR PRE-EXISTING ELEMENTS OF ANOTHER FORM/COVERAGE AREAS IN THE A/F OF RECENT RECORD & IN THE AUTOPSIES*. Furthermore, according to the reformed forest map, which was re-posted with the sub&#**/****** no. 129/15#**/****** decision of the Head of the Pieria Forestry Directorate, (ADA: 906ΛΟΡΡ1Υ-ΙΑΩ), the above sections 1 & 2 have not changed form/coverage and fall into the same category of form/coverage of the reformed forest map, i.e. sub&#**/****** p. 1 remains AA and sub&#**/****** p. 2 remains DA. The parcel is located in Leptokarya, is outside the city plan, is within ZOE 3 and is even and buildable (warehouses) by derogation according to the applicable urban planning provisions and does not fall under the provisions of Law 1337/83. Furthermore, no natural gas pipeline or high voltage current passes through the parcel. It is approximately 3800.00 meters from the sea, located to the right of the Thessaloniki-Athens National Road and is approximately 2700.00 meters away from it and 2800.00 meters from the settlement of Leptokarya.
