To the north of Kythnos is the settlement of Loutra. A developing settlement with a picturesque harbor, with a marina where private boats and sailboats moor. The area has excellent thermal springs and in the village there are marble baths designed by the famous German architect Ernesto Ziller. The area, therefore, also has thermal tourism.
