In the traditional settlement of Alika in Eastern Mani overlooking the Aegean Sea there is an architectural complex with stone towers to be restored. The architectural jewel is placed in the central part of the settlement within its paved sections. The view from its terrace is from Tainaro to Gerolimenas. The nearby beach is that of Kyparissos, the beach of Almyros and Sarolimeni. The house is developed on two levels.
