The project totals 200 sq.m. under construction, it is located at the foot of Arnados Village on a south-east facing side allowing unobstructed views of Delos and Mykonos. The villa emerges from the Cycladic landscape in harmony, with cubist austere lines dominating, it marries carved stone with white, uses natural materials and develops discreetly. Within a plot of 1,525 sq.m. which is shared with neighboring property but with a demarcation placed horizontally in relation to the sea at one level so that all accommodation areas enjoy the same view. It has three bedrooms on the facade as well as the living room which is followed by the veranda which is framed by a wooden pergola. In a straight line and fully autonomous is the guest house of 40 sq.m. clad entirely in stone on the west side of the project. In the construction and where there is no stone, 7 cm graphite styrofoam will be used, marble on the terraces, wooden frames with folding shutters on the lamps and on the 12x12 chestnut pergola. 7 cm thermal insulation will be made on the roof and it will be covered with soil. Internally, the floors will be covered with marble which will cover the installation of underfloor heating. Wood will dominate the kitchen as well as the ceilings where 10x10 panels will be placed at a distance of 50 cm under the white plaster. Sanitary ware all fitted.
