3-room flat to be refurbished, first floor, Center, Veroia

Apartments in the city center of 65 m2, the apartment has two rooms, bathroom, hall and living room kitchen. The Living Room is currently blind (ie with a small window), but after an engineer update, it is now possible to add a large glass brick window depending on preference. The apartment needs renovation, but it has new type frames on the balcony doors! In the apartment building there is an elevator facility, but there is no elevator. There is still no electricity or utilities in the apartment building.
