We have 1 studio for rent at 340 euros per month on the second floor with sea view. Also, at the price of 380 euros per month each we rent 2 studios on the 3rd floor with sea view across the Gulf of Marmari. And for more economical we rent 2 studios on the 1st floor with garden view for 300 euros per month each. These prices are valid for year-round rental with a contract. Each studio has its own electricity meter, 1 double and 1 single bed, kitchenette and small oven teppanyaki, refrigerator, a/c, flat-tv, shower. Studios are located in a three-storey building with a stone courtyard with a barbecue, 150 meters from the center of the village of Marmari, 50 meters from the pedestrian area with shops and restaurants by the sea and 30 meters from the large supermarket large of the village. It can be easily reached from Athens El International Airport. Venizelos and then through the port of Rafina or the port of Ag.Marina.
