Building for Sale

For sale, either as a whole or individually, are 13 plots of land with a total area of approximately 145 ares, located in Corfu, in the area "Kounavoi" of the former Giannades community, now the municipal community of Parelion in the Municipality of Central Corfu. The plots are situated along provincial roads in the area, approximately 15 kilometers from the city of Corfu. On the plots, there are four buildings with a total area of approximately 1,065 square meters. There is an old building complex with an area of about 580 square meters (pre-existing since 1955, with most of it built in the 19th century), as well as some auxiliary buildings in a dilapidated state. There are two ground-floor and partially two-story complexes, each with five studios and an area of about 200 square meters. Additionally, there is a reception-bar building with an area of 85 square meters. The buildings have electricity, water supply, sewage, and solar water heaters, but they require some maintenance work. The newer buildings, along with part of the plot, operated for a period as a hotel unit. On the plot, there is also an inactive well, which could provide a significant amount of water for potential large-scale irrigation needs. The access roads to the new buildings, as well as the old complex, are in good condition, with special road paving material, cement, and stone paving.
