Building for Rent

This traditional residence has three separate autonomous apartments which all share a communal beautiful garden and private courtyard. The rooms have all been recently and carefully renovated with new furniture combined with well-restored antiques giving them a lovely ambiance. It is conveniently located near the centre of Amarynthos, a short walk away from shops, bakeries, cafes and restaurants, as well as public transport. Gratis and safe parking is also available immediately outside the complex. According to the official Greek Tourism permit (E.O.T.), the residence can comfortably accommodate up to 10-11 people in the three apartments. The largest one can easily sleep five people, the 'studio' from two to four, and the smallest one by the garden, two. All the apartments are fully equipped with various electrical appliances (including fridges, ovens, A/Cs and washing machines) and kitchenware. The monthly rent includes common utilities (external lighting, water, wireless internet, maintenance of garden/yard and outdoor areas). Heating and electricity are individually metred and charged separately to each apartment. The apartments are warm in the winter and cool in the summer due to their appropriate construction. For a modest monthly fee clean sheets and towels can also be provided. The entire complex has been arranged with great care and effort. Its private garden and spacious courtyard have a pleasant, cool and relaxing atmosphere, making the residence an ideal space for individuals, families and/or small professional work groups to stay. The complex is available from October 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 The rental can also be extended to an annually basis with an adjusted rate agreed by both parties.
