The house has four rooms and is divided in 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 big kitchen. The bathroom is beside the house but outside. Also there is a small storage room.  It is fully furnished with 2 double beds, 1 sofa bed and a small bed in the living room.  In the kitchen we have everything. Fridge (big and small), small kitchen stove, Freezer etc.  The house is prefabricated and has main  electricity and 1 aircondition,  water from mains, but since kalamos is a small island sometimes during summer the water is less. So we have an extra water tank beside the house. We have electricity from the mains also. For the drainage we have dug a hole under the ground without any problems. Keep in mind that the water is not drinkable of course!   In order for you to come to Kalamos from Athens, there is public transport and Taxi to Mytikas port and after that you need to take a small boat. From Lefkada you can come by taxi, bus, or by boat.  In order to purchase a house in Greece, you will need to open an account in Greece and take a special number for your financial and taxes purposes. Thank you very much for your interest, Demi 00306985022274  Το  σπιτάκι βρίσκεται 200 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα μακριά από το κέντρο του χωριού , για αυτό και είναι ένα ησυχαστήριο! είναι παλιό λυόμενο, πολύ καλά διατηρημένο. Το υλικό κατασκευής του είναι χαρμποτ και μέσα είναι όλο καλυμμένο με ταπετσαρια. Το δάπεδο είναι πλακάκι. Η αυλή του είναι καλυμμένη με πέτρα από το βουνό. Η τουαλετα είναι εξωτερική και έχει και μικρή αποθηκουλα. Υπάρχει air condition και είναι πλήρως επιπλωμένο. Έχει 2 υπνοδωμάτια με δύο διπλά κρεβατια, καθιστικό που περιλαμβάνει ημιδιπλο καναπέ κρεβάτι και ένα μόνο ράντζο. Μεγάλη κουζινα με φουρνάκι,1 ψυγειο μικρό και ένα μεγαλο, καταψύκτη, ντουλάπι και έπιπλο ραφιερα κουζίνας. Επίσης υπάρχει τραπέζι και καρέκλες εξωτερικού χώρου. Το σπίτι διαθέτει δεξαμενή νερού και έχει σκαφτεί χωρος για τα λήμματα.  

The house is located 200m from the beach, 20 min by feet far away from the center of the village (thats why the area is so peaceful).
