The house is located in a strictly residential development, 14 km from downtown Heraklion 1.5 km from the national highway, 8 min drive from the airport, on a hill with a panoramic, open view to the sea, 1.2 km from the suburb of Kokkini Chani and from sandy beaches. Heating: a combination of in floor and special Denmark radiation controlled by six thermostats. Air-conditioning: Common area with ducted air from a rooftop unit.
