A stone's throw from the Venetian Castle and the picturesque chapel of Agios Konstantinos at the top of the traditional settlement of Parikia, the corresponding Parian Caldera of Santorini for anyone who wants to enjoy freely the Aegean sea and the sunset, and just 300 meters from the port and "Panagia Ekatontapyliani", the oldest church in Greece, this 32 square meter stone house is located in a quiet pedestrian street for over a century, next to all the amenities of the capital. The coastal road with all the shops for each need is right below, offering idyllic walks to the neighboring area of Livadia and to the chapel of Agia Anna with its panoramic view. The closest beaches are the famous ones of Krios and Marcello, easily accesible also on foot via a path for hiking enthusiasts. Last but not least, for further exploration of the island, a plus is the bus station, only a few minutes away from the house.
