The plot is cultivated, productive in very good condition and in continuous use. Access to it is both through a dry torrent named Fournolagado and through a rural road. It is located at the foot of the hill of the abandoned traditional settlement of Maliari Sykia. It borders other parcels so there is the possibility of expansion.
