Neochori is considered one of the largest villages of the West Mani. While it is not as popular and well-known as Kardamili and Stoupa -as it is not a coastal village- it nevertheless has a large number of permanent residents, both Greeks and foreigners. The village is considered an urban planning "Settlement" and as a result a zone of 800 meters from its center has been defined. The plots of land within this zone can be built with structures, houses or houses for use, with a maximum size of 200 square meters. Within the zone of 800 metres from Neochori, the following plot of land, measuring 2900 square metres, is therefore also for sale. It has beautiful views and is located in the heart of an area of natural beauty, ideal for people who enjoy nature and quietness.
