The house is a two-storey building with internal and external staircase. It has two wcs, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the 1st floor outside the entrance door. There is air conditioning in one bedroom on the 1st floor. The living room on the ground floor and one bedroom on the 1st florr have a fireplace that works if needed. The house is being sold furnished (some personal items will be removed after the sale is completed). It is located on a dead-end street in a quiet neighborhood so no cars noises.
