Είναι ένα αμφιθεατρικό αγροτεμάχιο στο νησί της Κέας (Τζιας) άρτιο και οικοδομήσιμο, με θέα τη θάλασσα και την Ιουλίδα (την πρωτεύουσα της Κέας). Βρίσκεται στην επαρχιακή οδό Ιουλίδας - Κορρησίας , σε απόσταση 10 λεπτών με το αυτοκίνητο από την  Κορρησία      ( το λιμάνι του νησιού)  και δίπλα στην Ιουλίδα. Η πρόσβαση σε όλες τις παραλίες του νησιού είναι από 10 λεπτά μέχρι μισή ώρα. Η Κέα είναι ένα πανέμορφο κυκλαδίτικο νησί, μόλις μία ώρα από το λιμάνι του Λαυρίου ,το οποίο είναι πολύ κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο Αθηνών. Τα δρομολόγια από το Λαύριο είναι καθημερινά και συχνά , ειδικά τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες.

It is located on the Ioulida - Korrisia provincial road, 10 minutes by car from Korrisia (the port of the island) and next to Ioulida. Access to all the beaches of the island is from 10 minutes to half an hour. Kea is a beautiful Cycladic island, just one hour from the port of Lavrio, which is very close to Athens airport. The routes from Lavrio are daily and frequent, especially in the summer months.
