The plot is located to the east of the provincial road N. Sidirochori - Kalamokastro, at a distance of approximately 2.6 km from the exit of N. Sidirochori or 1.5 km from the exit of Kalamokastro. The distance from the above road to the plot is 900 m on a gravel road. The parcel is trapezoidal in shape, approximately 3.8 - 3.9 ha in area and its northern side is adjacent to the road with a length of 100 m. The western side is adjacent to a drainage ditch along its entire length. It is bordered to the east by a vineyard and to the south by other agricultural land. The whole area is irrigated. It has an underwater pump (40 c.m./hour) which is located approximately 20 metres from the north-western edge of the parcel. The pump serves a total of 20.0 ha of which 3.0 are vineyard.
