**Off grid Tiny House on wheels in central Evia - for rent** Available again from 12/2/26. (The rent is 400 euros for the winter and it changes during the summer time, from April to October, to 500 euros) Pet friendly Tiny House on wheels (with dog door and cat door), constructed in 2021, 100% eco, fully equipped and with 100% autonomy in water and electricity – available for rent. The house has also an extra room, which is constructed as a squared yurt, but it is insulated under and above it. The house is located in central Evia, in a fenced olive groove of 10.000 square meters outside of Amarynthos. 20 out of the 60 olive trees can be harvested and give delicious organic olive oil. There is also a space to plant veggies of 25 square meters, which has 1 lemon tree, 1 walnut tree and 2 avocado trees. The house is surrounded by 1 cypress, 2 plane trees, 1 eucalyptus, 2 plum trees, 3 peach trees, 2 loquats, 1 fig tree, 1 carob tree, 1 apple tree, several cactuses and many medicinal plants such as aloe, rosemary, oregano, sage, lavender, passion fruit, hibiscus… (everything planted by me, my partner and friends). There is also one pomegranate tree and several flowers which attract insects. It’s ideal for people who want to write a book or for birdwatchers (while I am writing this, many cute robins are surrounding the house while singing). Internet reception is great here, with a portable wifi router. The last 3 km of the road are dirt, but all normal vehicles can go to the house. There is also a dirt road of 1 km, but this needs an off-road car at least, or of course a four-wheel car would do. I lived here for 3,5 years, but I moved abroad so I am now looking for a responsible person/couple to rent it. Someone who understands that living with solar panels means that electricity needs to be consumed consciously, etc. Someone who will take care of it and the plants/trees around it. The first tenant's review: "It’s been a real pleasure living here. The place is wonderfully peaceful — birds singing, flowers in full bloom, and bees and all kinds of insects thriving. You can even pet a toad if you’re quick enough to catch one! I love the striking contrast between the golden wheat on the hills and the deep azure sky. Each morning, I take a gentle walk through the garden, soaking up the sun and gazing at the sea — it’s the perfect way to start the day. All the essentials — electricity, water — work perfectly. I had a perfect 5G connection on my phone, that I used as a hotspot. Elisabeth has made my stay effortless. She’s kind, easy to reach, and genuinely cares about her tenants. When my motorcycle broke down, Alfonso, her boyfriend, kindly lent me his old scooter — and even offered me his car! They’ve both been so generous and welcoming; truly wonderful people.
