A Magical View A magical house with perfect views in the village of Milies in Mt. Pelion, Greece. A beautiful holiday home. A place to relax and reflect; to enjoy the nature of both mountain and coast; to write that novel or to sketch and paint! The house is 65.63 sq. metres sitting on a site of 1,195.73 sq. metres. It is possible to add an additional floor to double the size of the house and to further elevate the beautiful views! There is easy road access with space for on- road parking. The land has over 25 olive trees producing organic extra virgin olive oil. The views of the Gulf are uninterrupted and spectacular! Located on the edge of the historic and picturesque village of Milies it lies within the village boundaries. The amenities include shops. a bakery, museums and an historic library, a pharmacy and a visiting doctor. There is also a local police station and a village square next to a beautiful church. Several amazing restaurants serve traditional dishes made with locally grown fresh produce. There are beautiful mountain pathways and walking routes to suit all ages and levels. It is only a half hours drive to the port city of Volos with many more amenities and a major hospital. Ferry boats from the port serve the Sporadic Islands of Skiathos, Skopelos and Alonnisos. There are local buses from the village to the beaches, to Volos and to other parts of the mountain. By car the nearest beaches are a few minutes away. The house is not far from the historic mountain railway station where a replica of the old steam-engined train offers scenic rides around the mountain to Milies.
