Πωλείται το παραθαλάσσιο οικόπεδό μας με ιδιωτική παραλία. Έως 200 τ.μ. γης μπορούν να χτιστούν για ιδιωτική χρήση, ενώ περισσότερα είναι δυνατά για εμπορική χρήση. Υπάρχει δρόμος προς το οικόπεδο, αλλά η ανάπτυξη βρίσκεται ακόμη σε εξέλιξη. Το οικόπεδο βρίσκεται στην Ήπειρο, ανάμεσα στα Σύβοτα και την Πάργα. Είναι ένα ονειρικό μέρος, πολύ ήσυχο. Υπάρχουν δύο ή τρεις οικογένειες που έχουν χτίσει κοντά, αλλά κατά τα άλλα, είναι αγνή φύση. Τα σχέδιά μας έχουν αλλάξει απροσδόκητα. Κατά τα άλλα, δεν θα εγκαταλείπαμε ποτέ αυτή την όαση.
