Indoor layout Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a fireplace, a 40” satellite HDTV, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. The living room area opens to a veranda with sitting area and a dining table which also leads you to the pool and the garden area. An organised office area with sound system and a laptop and a toilet are also found on the same floor. The ground floor hosts a bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Reaching to the first floor through a staircase there is a master bedroom with a king size bed, dressing hall and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and hydro-massage shower. The master bedroom has access to a large veranda with sitting area which offers a breathtaking sea view. A staircase from the living room area on the ground floor leads you down to the lower floor. On this floor there are gym area and four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have a king size bed and the other one has 2 single beds.
