Indoor layout Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a fireplace, a 40” satellite HDTV, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. The living room area opens to a veranda with sitting area and a dining table which also leads you to the pool and the garden area. An organised office area with sound system and a laptop and a toilet are also found on the same floor. The ground floor hosts a bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Reaching to the first floor through a staircase there is a master bedroom with a king size bed, dressing hall and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and hydro-massage shower. The master bedroom has access to a large veranda with sitting area which offers a breathtaking sea view. A staircase from the living room area on the ground floor leads you down to the lower floor. On this floor there are gym area and four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have a king size bed and the other one has 2 single beds. Our gym has a wide collection of fitness equipment such as a steps, abs equipment and a fitness multifunctional apparatus. The gym area has access to the garage. From the lower floor you can access to outdoor area which including barbecue, garden and the pool area. All the floors are also connected with an elevator.
