Farm land right on the beach! This is a very nice and peaceful spot for whoever loves the ocean in combination with farming. The beach has nice brown sand, and it is very well suited for swimming and fishing! About 50 meters farther down is a little marina (in development now) that is for parking boats! Next to the land is also a beach-bar-cafe that belongs to the town of Almiros, and it is being given to the highest bidder each year to work for summer. Next to that is a small camping facility called (Ai Yanis) Also in the front of the land and almost on the beach is an old big beautiful tree offering natural shade for when you go swimming, no need for a beach umbrella. There is also the old mills that the local's used back in the old days for milling with the breeze coming from the ocean, this gives it an extra touch of beauty. Those were my plans for after retiring when I bought it about 3 years ago, I wanted to park a camper on it and just plant trees and enjoy the ocean life.
