THE HOUSE Red Windows to Blue Sky is a two floor , 3 free facades house. There are two main entrances, one for each floor. There is also an internal wooden staircase. Almost everything in the house is handmade and carries its own ηιstory through time. On the ground floor there is a living room with a carved wooden sofa and carved chairs, a marble coffee table, a a 6 persons dining table and a traditional Skyrian fireplace. On the ground floor there is also the kitchen, which is preserved in its original form (circa 1910). The tiles are handmade and the cast iron stoves used for cooking remain in their original place. Of course there is everything you need in a modern kitchen, to prepare a breakfast, a meal or to have a drink. A light wooden table can be placed outside the house, if you want to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Finally on the ground floor there is the main bathroom. Going up using the wooden internal staircase, you reach the second floor (you can also reach it from the main entrance on the upper street), where there is a bedroom with a wood-carved double bed. There is also a small WC. At the end of a small corridor, there is the second bedroom with a 1920s double bed made of bronze and iron. Inside this bedroom there is also the Skyrian Sfas. It is a wooden carved structure that accommodates an additional single bed. There is a wooden staircase to reach the Sfa and the space created below , is used as a cloakroom. Finally on the second floor there is the stone balcony. You can enjoy your breakfast and dinner here or have a glass of wine later. Let your gaze wander in the beauty of simplicity, travel over the Skyrian terraces, to the sea and to the hillsides. This is Red Windows to Blue Sky, its history, its neighborhood. As there are 2 main entrances, the upper floor is accessible independently from the living room, which is on the ground floor.
