The two-floor building is in the old part of the city of Ioannina, within the old castle area and near Lake Pamvotis. It is built with attention to traditional Epirotic architecture and offers fully equipped offices and meeting room. On the ground floor there are:  a spacious reception area, an office with 5 working stations, a small kitchen and 2 WC.   On the 1st floor there are: the director's office and an office with 4 working stations.   All offices are fully equipped with telephone lines and internet access.  The meeting room is located on the basement floor, and it is equipped with an 8-seated round table and a ceiling projector. The building functions with a heat pump system, so each office can have its own separate temperature setting. 

The building is within walking distance of the city center and a 3-minute walk from the lake of Ioannina.  The neighborhood area is full of little cafes and restaurants and very close to "Its Kale», the south-eastern acropolis of the castle where are located the Byzantine Museum and the Silversmithing Museum, a cafeteria and the small Chapel of "Agioi Anargyroi".   Live performances ranging from live music to theater often take place in the surroundings of "Its Kale".
